System Relocation Services

Abtech are specialists in IT relocation. Our range of experience ranges from moving systems between floors to between continents. We can move single systems, we can also relocate entire computer rooms.

Regardless of the size of the undertaking, each of our moves is fully project managed from when the systems are taken off line at source to when they are brought back on line at destination. We will also provide a skilled systems engineer to troubleshoot any issues that may occur - they rarely do.

We preceed complex moves with a full site survey - of both sites. This ensures that the correct resources as provided for each move. We use specialist transport vehicles with air-suspension and staff that move computer equipment for a living.

An example of our work involved moving a complete data centre from St.Albans to Manchester. Both sites had limited access and multiple flights of stairs to negotiate. The entire move was completed within a weekend resulting in no loss of service for the customer.
