Customer Focus: Knightstone Housing Knightstone Housing Association is based in Weston-super-Mare and manages residential properties throughout the South West of England. Knightstone has used Abtech as an IT Partner for some time and have called on a number of Abtech services and solutions. Initially Abtech were asked to look into the performance issues Knightstone were experiencing with their HP9000 database server, and make recommendations. Using HP Open View Glance Plus software, we were able to report on performance bottleneck and make a number of recommendations. This involved a combination of hardware upgrades and database tuning. The work was carried out successfully and the customer was able to see an instant improvement. This was the start of an ongoing business relationship, with Knightstone calling on Abtech's expertise to sort out a number of IT issues.
